• REPORT AN ETHICS CONCERN

  • BAMSI believes that by providing an environment that promotes our core values – honesty, compassion, inclusion, collaboration, learning, accountability and leadership – we achieve excellence in our workplace, along with the highest quality of care for persons served.

In accordance with BAMSI's Code of Ethics and our Workplace Conduct Policy, employees are expected to report any suspected unethical or illegal behavior or other policy violations to their supervisors, Quality and Improvement or Human Resources. Employees may report ethical violations in confidence and without fear of retaliation. BAMSI does not permit retaliation of any kind against employees for good faith reports of ethical and policy compliance violations.

This anonymous reporting system can be used to report ethics violations or serious policy violations. Should you voluntarily decide to offer your name, it may be helpful in resolving your report more quickly. Additionally, your identity will be protected to the maximum extent practicable and allowed by law.
